Paw paw took the girls to Meramec Caverns on Friday with McKenzie and her paw paw. The girls had a GREAT time and can't wait to take me there and show me around. They had lots of interesting facts about the cave to tell me. On the way home, they went to Lone Elk Park and saw all kinds of deer, bison, elk, owls, a vulture, a bald eagle and other wildlife. Sophie said it was the "best day ever!!!"

How fun! We did that on the way to Springfield from St.Charles one time. The kids loved Lone Elk Park and the caverns as well.
