Summer break is over and today was the first day of school. Sydney and Sophie have been anxiously awaiting for school to restart. Sam on the other hand, not so much. Everyday this summer, the first words out of his mouth before his eyes were even all the way open were "Do we have church or school today?". He was almost in a panic each time he asked. When I would tell him no a big smile would spread out across his face. He wasn't upset this morning about going to school though, thank God (answered prayer). He was excited to see old friends and wear his new Spiderman tennis shoes. Syd is now in 4th grade, Soph is in 2nd, and Sam is going to half day preK.

The kids always look so cute in their uniforms. I guess pre-k does not have to wear them. My kids are gettign anxious too. John is looking forward to making some friends. He has been kinda lonley since moving here for kids his age.
